Our aim is to support emerging artists aiming to make a living from their art. That is why we take care of the shipping logistics, the online communication and the sales service and we transfer the highest possible margin of each sold artwork directly and fast to the artist.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ARTWORK IS AUTHENTIC?
To guarantee that you are collecting original and authentic art, we deliver each work with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist and the corresponding invoice.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently we accept all debit cards and most credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Union Pay), PayPal and direct money transfer. For safety reasons, works over 2.000€ can only be purchased via direct transfer.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
You may return your artwork within 14 days after the reception. Please keep in mind that the work has to be in perfect condition and can only be returned in the original delivery box and material, including all delivered documents. We will help you safely return the work and pick it up at your address, but you are in charge of the return shipping costs.

How to return an artwork in 4 steps:
1. Each return is handled individually, so please let us know as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the work, so we can arrange a pick up or help resolve the issue. To initiate a return, please write an email to service@artiggallery.com, including the order details and the reasons for the return, so we can improve.
2. It is important that you keep and pack the artwork with the original shipping box and wrapped in the original material, so we can pick up the work. Please prepare the work carefully for transportation and include the Authenticity Certificate and the rest of the documents you received with the work. Please note, that only works returned in the original box and material are assured during transport.
3. Once the package is ready for return, please request a pickup via email to service@artiggallery.com. We will then send you the return return label which you have to print and stick on the package. Our transport partner will pick up the package at your doorstep at the designated time.
4. Refund: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will check the its original condition and then proceed to refund your money, resting the return shipping costs.

Important:
We cannot accept returns without previous notice to Artig Gallery.
The money will not be refunded until receipt and confirmation of the status of the work.
Artig Gallery is not responsible for any imperfections that may be caused during transport due to improper packaging of the work. This responsibility lies with the collector who requests the return.
