Our aim is to support emerging artists aiming to make a living from their art. That is why we take care of the shipping logistics, the online communication and the sales service and we transfer the highest possible margin of each sold artwork directly and fast to the artist.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE ARTWORK IS AUTHENTIC?
To guarantee that you are collecting original and authentic art, we deliver each work with a Certificate of Authenticity, signed by the artist and the corresponding invoice.
WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all debit cards and most credit cards, PayPal and direct money transfer. For safety reasons, works over 2.000€ can only be purchased via direct bank transfer.
SHIPPING
We are happy to offer you insured shipping to almost anywhere in the world.

At Artig Gallery, we work together with international artists so that you can have a global art offer at your fingertips. Upon purchase, each artwork ships with a signed certificate of authenticity directly from the artist to your doorstep. Please allow some extra days for delivery if the artwork ships from a different country or continent than the delivery address.

Please note: UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ISLANDS OR REMOTE REGIONS.
ADDITIONAL COSTS MAY APPLY FOR AREAS WITH DIFFICULT ACCESS.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN OUR PRICES, COSTS AND DELIVERY FEES AND HAVE TO BE HANDLED BY EACH BUYER INDIVIDUALLY.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We truly hope you love your artwork purchased at Artig Gallery. However, you may return your artwork within 14 days after the reception. Please keep in mind that the work has to be in perfect condition and can only be returned in the original delivery box and material, including all delivered documents. We will help you safely return the work and pick it up at your address, but you are in charge of the return shipping costs.
As each return will be handled individually, please get in touch with us at once per email at info@artiggallery.com.

Important:
We cannot accept returns without previous notice to Artig Gallery.
The money will not be refunded until receipt and confirmation of the status of the work.
Artig Gallery is not responsible for any imperfections that may be caused during transport due to improper packaging of the work. This responsibility lies with the collector who requests the return.
