    DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EXHIBITING MY WORKS?
    No, the exhibition on our platform is free of charge.
    HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED?
    We will contact you no later than a week after receiving your complete application
    GETTING STARTED TO SELL ART
    After being accepted by our curators, we will upload your artist profile and help you with the artwork selection, so collectors can start browsing and buying your works.
    WHICH FORMATS CAN I SELL?
    You can apply with different medium and material, including painting, photography, drawing, sculptures, objects and new media art projects. Generally for a safe transport, the longest edge should not exceed 200cm.
    CAN I SIMULTANEOUSLY SELL THE SAME ARTWORK IN OTHER CHANNELS?
    No. In order to avoid selling the same work twice, all artworks are offered exclusively at Artig Gallery.
    HOW DO I SUBMIT ARTWORKS FOR SALE?
    Once you are registered and signed in as an artist, the team will get in touch with you to help you submit your artworks for sale.

    WHO DECIDES THE SALES PRICE OF MY ARTWORK?
    You decide the sales price of your artwork. Consult with us, for expert advice.
    HOW HIGH IS THE GALLERY’S COMMISSION?
    We work with the lowest possible margins, to maximize the artist’s benefit. Our commission depends on the sales price, but never exceeds 45% for online sales and 50% for offline sales. With our commission, we take care of your online presence and communication, shipping logistics, exhibition logistics and costs, customer service, secure payment and the rest of the sales process.
    HOW CAN I REMOVE AN ARTWORK?
    In order to remove an artwork from sale, send us an email to artist@artiggallery.com and if the work has not been sold through us in the following 3 days, it will no longer be offered on our website.
    WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SELL ONE OF MY WORKS?
    After a collector has acquired your artwork, you will receive a confirmation email. We will send you the step-by-step instructions on how to prepare your artwork for transport, which documents to include with the artwork and how to arrange a pick up with our logistic partner. This information is available for registered artists any time.

    Please note that the artwork should be ready for pick up no later than 3 days after you have been informed about the sale. If you cannot prepare the artwork in 3 days, please let us know as soon as possible.
    DO YOU PROVIDE SHIPPING MATERIAL AND HOW DO I PREPARE THE WORK FOR TRANSPORT?
    Once you are registered and signed in as an artist, you will be able to consult shipping material and prices. We recommend working with our boxes as they are approved by the logistic partner, but you can also provide your own transportation devices, as long as they protect your work thoroughly.
    WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?
    After a collector has purchased your work and the 14-day return guarantee has passed, you will receive a direct money transfer within 30 days.

    WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A RETURN?
    Each return will be handled individually. If a collector wants to return a bought artwork, it has to be returned in perfect condition and in the original shipping box and material. Our logistic partner will return the artwork directly to you.
